Where are we in the ascension process?
JJK: What concerns me is the question of how great the extent of the destruction will be before or so that the New World can show itself? I have often been told that the change will be as harmonious as possible. From today’s perspective, however, I perceive that there will be quite a “crash”. What is the current status of the ascension process or the process of change?
SANANDA: The current state is upheaval on all planes! The current state is transformation with pain, transformation free of pain!
At this point is the dividing line between people. The change is painful for those who cling to the old; the change is joyful for those who have inwardly overcome the old.
JJK: But what is the “old”? What do we need to overcome or let go of so that we can experience change joyfully instead of painfully?
SANANDA: Work and happiness lie in releasing the fears stored in the nervous system and the energy system.
Many people have passed through eras of time and experienced endless suffering and pain in the process. To free oneself inwardly from this deep-seated pain through healing work is the task to which the greatest attention must now be given. The ascension into the light plane of existence, whereby the density gradually falls away, happens with ease once the old wounds from time have healed – then you also shed your fears along with your story. Then you are free and sovereign.
Fear is written all over the faces of those who look at today’s change with the eyes of the old days.
Redemption happens when you free yourself from your painful history. Then you are free and the world can no longer harm you.
JJK: What I wonder is if it is not exactly this cellular memory of the horrors of many times, for example the fall of Atlantis, which is now helpful in recognizing similar tendencies and counteracting them in good time. We know how a structure can change for the worse.
We see what others do not see, we feel that the train is going in the wrong direction. Younger souls are usually unaware of this and put up with whatever the state and churches come up with. For me, self-empowerment lies precisely in being able to see the big picture and anticipate developments. If I release all my pain from the old days, do I still have the desire to change anything or to oppose certain developments?
Why clarification is important!
SANANDA: The difference between a cleared energy system and a still burdened energy system is that a cleared person can make decisions without fear, whereas an unclear person’s decisions are based on fear.
The sincere desire to help, without using helper patterns, can only emerge in its full scope and power after clarification has taken place! Following the soul’s plan is possible for those who are connected to the soul – and inner reflection and transformation work serve this purpose.
JJK: So it is important to clear your head so that you can help shape the new without the old baggage.
SANANDA: Every person does what they have to do, because every person intuitively follows their inner track. Some things can be accelerated, but nothing can be forced.
The decision to start cleaning up and to recognize the value of this work is up to the individual.
Clearing old burdens is therefore of the utmost importance so that you can resonate back into the primal power of your self and into the life God has ordained for you. Emerging with this power means that your healed consciousness and not your wounded consciousness makes decisions. That makes all the difference.
JJK: Where do we stand with this self-healing of people? Are more and more people dropping out? Sometimes I have that feeling! Or are more and more people being reached by GOD’s wake-up call? Where are we at this point in the transformation work?
SANANDA: Many take up their work and many abandon their work. Souls are led into, souls step back from their self-responsibility. Breaks and regressions are part of the process.
However, what has been achieved and recognized remains. Every realization and every healing work contributes to the relief and harmonization of one’s own soul energy and the fundamental energy of mankind.
Nothing is in vain, every healing, no matter how small, has its significance and has an effect on the whole.
Those who drop out may have gained more profound insights than those who are in a continuous loop of transformation sessions but only work through the surface.
What timeline are you aiming for?
Today, we are at the point in individual healings where the decisions for change are made. Which timeline are you aiming for? This train has picked up speed and so each person is given according to their will.

SANANDA: Those who want to destroy the earth will themselves be destroyed. Those who want to bring death to mankind will themselves be killed. Those who want to steal people’s souls will lose their own souls.
Those who forget GOD and want to push people into the abyss, possessed by Satan, will themselves fall into the abyss.
Those who shun the light remain in darkness, and those who turn to the light experience the GRACE OF GOD – they are received and enter into his glory.
Everything still seems wrong in this world! However, this world is being straightened out and brought back on track with life – by people who are empowered and by angels and masters who have been chosen to assist mankind from the subtle realms.
