It is time to say THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts for your time, energy, strength of heart and love with which you carry the valuable and beneficial messages in word and writing into the world!
In these special times, your messages and comments are balm for the heart and soul, allowing us to take a break from our stressful daily lives, to pause and rethink our own lives, ways of thinking, beliefs and patterns of behavior.
I always take in your words and messages with my heart, less with my mind. They are helpful to me on my path through life like a ” compass of the heart “. Your likeable, endearing and honest way of meeting people is good for heart and soul.
If you wish for any further questions for your book, I have had a question on my mind for a long time.
Does the spiritual world have a sense of humor?
I often meet my perceived spiritual friends as I would a dear friend. As I am a humorous and positive person anyway, my inner conversations and encounters also take place in this way. However, I am often unsure whether I am allowed to treat my lightful friends ‘like this’. So I imagine giving them a big hug and a squeeze when I have experienced their wonderful help and guidance. In my thoughts I send a “… You are soooo great and amazing…” that I then pause and am unsure whether I am perhaps showing a lack of respect. Perhaps there is an answer for me.
I would also like to ask whether there has already been any contact with Bruno Gröning.
I am very much looking forward to the next light reading with messages from Anastasia.

Humor connects angels and humans
Humor is the driving force that the spiritual world draws on time and again to convey spiritual content. Humor, lightness and joy – this is what connects angels and humans. Respect and humor are not mutually exclusive but complement each other in a wonderful way.
You can confidently throw all religious concepts – that angels, masters or enlightenments should only be approached on your knees – overboard. Humor opens your chakras and makes you accessible to the light, to love and to the energy of life. Without humor, a soul atrophies and the angels would have nothing to laugh about.
Rejoice in your progress, never take life so seriously that you go through your days with a sad face.
Facing challenges means always finding wit and joy in life and meeting them with a good dose of humor. This makes you a master and when you talk to us angels, stay light and receptive to our subtle humor. Making a request with respect does not mean having to freeze in awe.
We are ONE family!
Many light workers have lost their lightness. The religious concepts have too much of an effect, you have been intimidated too much and trained to behave in a certain way towards authorities. Many perceive us angels as detached from them instead of realizing: WE ARE ONE FAMILY! The only difference is that we perform our service on different planes. WE WERE, ARE AND WILL REMAIN ONE FAMILY!
Angels become humans and humans become angels again after they shed their earthly garb. There is no difference between us, except in your perception.
And how do you talk to a cherished and beloved family member? Do you throw yourself on the floor in front of them or do you embrace them and open your heart to them? The touch of angels and humans is the greatest gift you can give us and that we can give you. To know your status is to soar up – or how much longer should we soar down to you … (with a smile)
Lightness, joy and humor are the welcome and necessary ingredients for a spiritually fulfilled life and for the encounter with your family, on this side and beyond the visible.
Let go of this shyness and remove the blockages, because respect and humor serve, condition and complement each other.
