The truth is simple – just as everything that corresponds to the truth is simple! The truth is: Life is to be lived, instead of letting others control it for you.
Beloved human beings,
I am ANASTASIA, the human being turned towards life, truth, the earth and GOD, from the oneness of all life. I have come to broaden your perspective, to give insights into life and perspectives on the life before and after this life. I am in your midst so that we may rise together, so that we may ascend united and so that we may take up the inheritance of the Creator on earth as a human family.
Until then, time will pass. There is still time before the day of ascension comes, and it will take time for the light to prevail on earth on all planes.
And this time needs to be used and lived wisely, with foresight, lightness and joy – because this is particularly necessary these days.
Live your life grounded and continue in your quest to become more complete, compassionate and loving every day.
We have so much to do, so much still remains to be achieved, so many bright, sublime, uplifting, constructive, comforting, strengthening, encouraging, connecting, peaceful, loving, and tender moments in the security of God still await us, so it is important to make good use of this time and apply your abilities correctly.
And you ask:
How, Anastasia, can we live grounded in God? Almost none of us were born in the taiga and can devote ourselves to nature and devote ourselves to the divine.
How can we live healthy and grounded lives in our daily lives – in the middle of cities where spiritual energy is increasingly retreating or in rural areas that are just as affected by manipulative energy fields? How can we remain untouched by all the influences that harm us, or at least stay away from them? How can we live freely while we are surrounded, almost encircled, by restrictions? What does freedom mean at a time when it is being increasingly curtailed? How is it possible for people to thrive together when everyone is fighting, indeed has to fight, just to survive somehow – how can we live in dignity at all when so many people lack the bare necessities and a life-friendly environment?
Such are your concerns and I say to you: At first glance, your findings are correct and your concerns and objections are justified. However, as soon as we take a closer look at this matter and examine it more deeply, a completely different picture emerges.
Loved by GOD
This fact – that you exist because GOD wanted you to, that you live because GOD created you that way, that you are a part of GOD and are loved by GOD as GOD loves Himself – this universal truth we will now approach, so that at the end of this message you can put aside your doubts and questions and celebrate and live life with people and with GOD full of enthusiasm:
● Everything that keeps you from a grounded and loving existence does not lie in the taiga but is hidden in your heart.
● Everything that prevents you from being with and for each other is not due to your surroundings, but due to the life your inner images lead.
● Everything that triggers a lack is not because GOD has forgotten you, but because you have forgotten yourself.
● Everything you lack is due to the fact that you treat yourself with disdain and a lack of respect.
Despite all the unanswered questions, all the doubts and worries, it is important to understand this:
GOD loves you infinitely! GOD withholds nothing from you but showers you with his abundance! GOD melts in your presence as soon as you release love – because GOD is like butter.
The grounded life
There is more to living a grounded life than walking barefoot through a summer meadow!
Living the grounded life means being aware with all your inner and outer senses that you are connected to GOD and that you yourself are GOD. The grounded perception of life means seeing GOD in everything.
Viewing nature, people and all living things as a reflection of yourself means being grounded and living grounded. Are you aware of the divinity within you – and that all living things are of divine origin? This is not an indication of hubris, of “self-exaltation” or of the first step into madness. This is the only truth, because what is written is: “whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these!”
Developing an awareness of this is the great task for which you were repeatedly born and for which we are repeatedly drawn to earth.
It is like this
It is the same with us humans:
As soon as we return to the realms of light after a life lived on earth, we are already longing for the next adventure on earth.
All souls and Spirit Beings who were chosen by GOD for this expedition and who allowed themselves to be chosen by GOD for this unique and rich experience feel after they have returned to their families in creation the inner impulse to return. There are two main reasons for this:
1. Own unfinished tasks
2. To contribute to the healing process of the planet and mankind
Therefore, from a higher perspective, a life on earth is not only a great challenge, but above all a great honor that is only reserved for selected beings from existence. You are hardly aware of your position, your power and your status in creation and so you look at the game of life far removed from this perception.
However, what is happening now on this earth can only be understood with an open spiritual consciousness. What must and will happen now can only be understood in its entirety. Something big is going on and each and every one of us is part of this project. Otherwise you would not be here at this time!
What I am telling you is nothing new – and so I ask you: How many times do you have to hear it to let this truth sink into your heart and accept it as fact?
We are ALL part of the great healing and we are ALL part of the great transformation that is happening now. That is why we descended, that is why we are here united in this purpose: to bring back the beauty of the earth and to reclaim our divine destiny as humans.
What is happening today and what is changing everything can be described in these words: THE EXPLOSION OF YOUR CONSCIOUSNESS!
Inner opening of the people
This is due to the immense light energy that has been flowing to the earth in a continuously increasing vibrational amplitude for decades.
This transfer of light from the center of the galaxy opens people up internally.
You can see that this is having an effect today in the fact that more and more people are interested in spiritual topics. What was unthinkable years ago is now entering public discourse. More and more people are taking the path back to nature, humanity and peace, and spirituality is no longer a foreign concept.
Many are still keeping a low profile, as the internal processes are not yet complete and people still have to get used to their new way of thinking and feeling.
People are being remade, they feel that they are being transformed internally – and completely new horizons and perspectives are opening up. It is an upheaval that cannot be stopped by anything or anyone, as it follows cosmic and divine orders.
The upheaval on earth towards light, truth and beauty is happening because the light of GOD has reached people’s hearts and is transforming them into love.
Your impatience is just as understandable as your doubts are human, but the time is near when you will look back in amazement.
Pause
Today it is not about persevering, but about pausing – about entering the inner realm, in order to distinguish reality from appearance, in order to survey the outside from within.
Become aware of the protection you are under when you open yourself to GOD. To perceive GOD at every turn means freedom, peace and joy on all paths in your daily life. Whether you live in the country or in the city only matters if you feel that you are in the wrong place. If this is the case, then do everything you can to improve your situation.
How, if I lack everything, you may ask?
I say to you: turn to the Creator and you will be equipped with everything you need to live your life and fulfill your assignments. You must, and this is the only condition, be really serious about accepting what GOD has in store for you!
There are often obstacles to overcome, obstacles in our own thinking and feeling.
The biggest obstacles are the false programming of the old system, which still makes you believe you have shortcomings, reflects inferiority and suggests powerlessness.
Continue with the healing work of your heart and your heart will automatically find the door to your SOUL and open the gate to GOD.
What can you do in practical terms to live your daily life in a grounded way while creating the optimal conditions for the explosion of your consciousness on all planes?
● Walking on the ground with bare feet
● Sufficient sleep
● Generous breaks from electronic devices
● Encounters and conversations with people, animals and trees
● Always maintain the inner connection with GOD
JJK: People love to be able to do something concrete. Is there a technique when we are in the middle of daily life that grounds us well and at the same time connects us to heaven? After all, we often talk about this – we should remain grounded and at the same time connected to the light. But how can we integrate this into our daily routine?
Quick grounding in daily life
ANASTASIA: Practice the following exercise and you will easily hold the tension between earth and heaven:
Massage your third eye in light circular movements from left to right and speak:
I AM EARTH AND HEAVEN,
I AM HUMAN AND GOD,
I AM THE BEGINNING AND THE END,
I AM WHAT I AM.
Pause…
This simple exercise puts your feet on the ground in the middle of your daily life and aligns your spiritual antennae with the divine. This exercise unfolds its effect after 60 seconds. Find that one minute and you will be grounded and stay connected. Repeat this exercise as soon as you feel that you have lost your grounding or connection.
The future of mankind
The future of mankind is determined in the present! The future of mankind is not determined by foreign powers, but by people’s present thoughts and feelings.
That is why the greatest change is happening within you now. If your thinking is clear and your feelings are freed from the overlays of this matrix, then you are free and sovereign. In fact, the future is in our hands.
Confidently saying YES and confidently saying NO is the order of the day today.
What you have been inwardly prepared for in many lifetimes is now being fulfilled: a completely new Self-awareness through the explosion of consciousness.
JJK: “Explosion”, some people might be afraid of that?
ANASTASIA: Those who go beyond the horizon are ready to explore their true dimensions – longing awakens, the anxious mind comes to rest and withdraws. Just as – at a decisive moment – the caterpillar turns into a butterfly, you burst the cocoon and slip from the third to the fourth and from the fourth to the fifth dimension. The people who are affected are inwardly aligned to lightful being, to peace and oneness. Millions of people have been touched by it and so all powers that work against it are deprived of their power and their right to remain on this earth.
JJK: So why do so many claims to power still have a negative impact on us?
ANASTASIA: Because their end and their self-destruction is just as much a process as our new beginning and our elevation into the light.
On the planes defined by time, everything is subject to temporal processes. The markers in time must be reached before the extent of what has been achieved becomes apparent.
We are approaching this final destination and the new beginning in seven-league boots, for mankind is awakening in the darkest night!
