Dear Mr. Jahn J. Kassl,
I would like to share my experience with the consciousness work “CLAIMING YOUR POWER” from the last light reading (the 129th light reading took place on 21.10.2023, note JJK) with you.
I have been reading the articles on the Light World portal and watching the light readings for about 8 years now, which has an enormous significance for me in the sense that it helps me to orient myself in the world and gives me important impulses.
It’s just great that you share the messages from the spiritual world with your readers and viewers, because there are so many helpful, supportive and lightful elements in it, it’s priceless what you do.
Now on Sunday I read the aforementioned consciousness work and said the three affirmations.
At first, I didn’t feel anything. On the following two days, however, I felt totally unfocused, was sometimes very dissatisfied and almost nothing gave me pleasure. I was very surprised by this and at first I didn’t know where it was coming from, but I suspected it was the consciousness work. As a result, I revoked the three affirmations on Tuesday evening and immediately felt better again.
I’ve done a lot of consciousness work, but I haven’t had anything like this before. I conclude that I was overwhelmed by the consciousness work or that it was too strong for me, or in other words, that I couldn’t take it.
I know that you do not correspond about the messages published by LICHTWELT Publishing or answer personal questions. Nevertheless, I wanted to write to you because perhaps someone else felt the same way and you can ask the spiritual worlds what the reason for this could be or how you can proceed now and then address this in a light reading.

No overstrain!
No, it was not an overstrain! These symptoms can occur when the light is working. It is a good sign that issues are being resolved. There are basically two phenomena when energies are released from a person’s energy field:
a.) immediate lightness
b.) temporary depression, irritation or frustration
Lethargy or not being focused occurs when a person is still holding on to certain issues. This mechanism is triggered unconsciously, i.e. it escapes daily consciousness, and this leads to a certain discomfort. However, if there is a basic willingness to resolve the situation, then it will pass and everything will take its logical and healing course.
You dedicated yourself to your power-aspects and had certain symptoms because you were mature and ready for this confrontation – and not because it would have overwhelmed you! The exact opposite of what you assume is the case, that is:
Never give too much importance or weight to symptoms during transformational work. What happens is that you become whole and complete – step by step and in the presence of the omniscient divine light.

Every transformation leads to symptoms. These could be different and affect different planes. Be certain that this will pass! What remains is your healing, the basis on which the clearing took place and from which you move forward.
