My work

JJK: To what extent does my work as a medium affect my nervous system? What do I need to bear in mind?

ARCHANGEL RAPHAEL: He who is secure in the love of GOD and in the light of GOD possesses everything. That describes the process of your work. Your question points to a fact that needs to be considered. Because after receiving a message, your vibration is readjusted to your everyday consciousness and that is a strain on the nervous system. The solution is good grounding, which means engaging in earthly activities, doing physical exercises, cultivating fulfilling human relationships, eating nutrient-rich foods, taking time out of your work as a medium on a regular basis.

JJK: I’ve been writing a lot for years now – every day for the first few years, then every other day and now every third day. Is that too much?

ARCHANGEL RAPHAEL: As long as you take care of your body and give it what it needs and avoid what harms it, you are and will remain a finely tuned instrument.

JJK: In other words, a conscious diet, a change if necessary, and consciously paying attention to what is good for my body are essential in order to be able to do this work?

ARCHANGEL RAPHAEL: It is essential that you minimize spiritual and physical impurities as much as possible. You can resolve and harmonize many things with your consciousness, but some things need to be resolved and healed on a physical level.

JJK: All right, I understand. Thank you. That means a light reading break will take pressure off me and come at just the right time.

ARCHANGEL RAPHAEL: What is happening now is what is necessary for the next stage of the LICHTWELT project. It is happening and your job is to make it happen. Everything is being remade.

The next layers of habits and old imprints are stripped away. This serves your mental and physical health.

Thick blood

JJK: Thick blood – why do I have that?

ARCHANGEL RAPHAEL: This too will be resolved and found. Your blood reflects your life. Spiritual, psychological and physical stresses affect the coagulation. As soon as you find your lightness again, the blood will also change. It is a constantly changing process, which is why values often vary significantly even within short periods of time. Rest assured: no one and nothing in the world will prevent you from fulfilling your assignments to the full! Physical circumstances, worrying values, are a snapshot and change.

The only important thing is your orientation towards mental, spiritual and physical health – your vessel should be ready for work on all planes and this must always be taken into account.

Channeling media at the limit?

JJK: So “channeling” puts a strain on the nervous system. Am I mistaken in my impression or is it true: many media are somehow pretty much at their nervous limit, it seems to me?

ARCHANGEL RAPHAEL: Everyone goes their own way and has their own specific experiences. Many a medium is wide open and unprotected upwards, while lacking a solid grounding. Working harmoniously as a channel requires a great deal of mindfulness, discipline and knowledge so that negative influences are kept to a minimum and the nervous system is not overloaded, and it requires knowledge of one’s own abilities and limitations.

Your being is boundless, but your earthly existence is subject to certain conditions and limits. This must be taken into account, then everything will take its course and nothing will stand in the way of fulfilling spiritual assignments.

War in Israel

JJK: I have a question about the current situation on Earth. There is a war in Israel. May I ask you to say a few words about it?

ARCHANGEL RAPHAEL: The revelations are being fulfilled, the prophecies are being fulfilled, it is being fulfilled that peace will reign among people when peace has been created in Jerusalem. The current discharges are to keep people around the world trapped in a spiral of fear and uncertainty. Wars, unrest and upheavals characterize the picture when you look at the global political situation, but at the same time the awareness of individual people is increasing.

Every injustice, every war, every crime against humanity leads to revenge or it awakens humanity. More and more people are opting for peace and justice without pleading for revenge. Human consciousness is changing like never before! The upheavals are supposed to push people back into their fearful minds – this fails.
